4.Platform Overview
PostSmith is a structured content operations and publishing platform designed for content creation, scheduling, automation, multi-platform publishing, team collaboration, AI-assisted workflows, analytics and reporting, and social media integrations.
The platform may evolve continuously, and features may change over time.
5.Accounts & Access
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting credentials
- Restricting unauthorized access
- Monitoring connected integrations
- Managing workspace permissions
Users are fully responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts. PostSmith may suspend or terminate accounts where security, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
6.Connected Platforms & Integrations
PostSmith supports integrations with third-party services including social media platforms, APIs, and external publishing systems. Examples include Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google services, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Bluesky, WordPress, and additional future integrations.
Users authorize PostSmith to interact with connected platforms on their behalf through official APIs and OAuth authorization systems.
Users acknowledge:
- Third-party platforms operate independently
- APIs may change without notice
- Platform limitations may affect functionality
- External platforms may suspend or revoke API access
- Publishing availability cannot be guaranteed
Users remain responsible for compliance with all third-party platform policies and developer rules.
7.AI Features & Generated Content
PostSmith may provide AI-powered functionality including content generation, rewriting, optimization, planning assistance, workflow automation, content recommendations, and publishing assistance.
Users acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
- AI systems are probabilistic and not guaranteed
- Human review is required before publishing
- Users remain solely responsible for published material
- AI-generated content may resemble publicly available material
PostSmith does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, legal compliance, or performance of AI-generated outputs.
8.User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload or create using PostSmith.
By using the platform, users grant PostSmith a limited license to store content, process content, display content within the platform, publish content to authorized integrations, operate platform functionality, and improve operational reliability. This license exists solely for operating and improving the service.
Users represent and warrant that they have the rights necessary to upload, publish, and distribute their content.
9.Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use PostSmith to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Publish unlawful or fraudulent content
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Abuse platform APIs
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform infrastructure
- Scrape or reverse engineer systems
- Circumvent rate limits or security controls
- Send spam or deceptive communications
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Abuse AI systems for harmful activity
- Automate prohibited platform behavior
- Violate third-party platform rules
PostSmith reserves the right to investigate and take action against prohibited activity.
10.Platform Availability
PostSmith is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
PostSmith does not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free operation
- Permanent feature availability
- Compatibility with all external APIs
- Publishing success rates
- Analytics accuracy
- Social platform availability
- Uninterrupted integrations
Maintenance, outages, API restrictions, infrastructure failures, or third-party platform issues may affect functionality.
11.Subscription Plans & Billing
Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Users agree to pay applicable subscription fees, provide valid billing information, and maintain authorized payment methods. Pricing, limits, and features may vary between plans.
PostSmith reserves the right to modify pricing, adjust usage limits, change feature access, introduce new billing structures, and modify subscription availability. Changes may become effective upon renewal periods or future billing cycles.
12.Usage Limits & Fair Use
PostSmith may enforce operational limits including AI generation quotas, API request limits, storage limits, workspace limits, publishing limits, team member limits, automation limits, and bandwidth restrictions.
Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, temporary restrictions, or account review.
13.Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law:
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- Partial billing periods are not prorated
- Unused quotas or credits do not carry monetary value
Refund requests may be reviewed individually at PostSmith's discretion.
14.Intellectual Property
PostSmith, including its brand, platform, infrastructure, design systems, logos, software, UI/UX, documentation, features, and workflows, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy platform functionality unlawfully, reverse engineer systems, reproduce proprietary materials, use branding without authorization, or resell platform access without approval.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
15.API & Developer Usage
Where APIs or developer functionality are provided, users agree not to abuse endpoints, circumvent rate limits, attempt unauthorized extraction, conduct automated scraping, interfere with infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, or use APIs for unlawful activity.
PostSmith may suspend API access at its discretion to protect platform integrity.
16.Workspace & Team Responsibilities
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing team permissions, controlling access levels, reviewing publishing activity, protecting connected accounts, and maintaining internal operational compliance.
Users participating in team workspaces acknowledge that certain activity may be visible to authorized workspace administrators.
17.Third-Party Services
PostSmith integrates with external providers including payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers, analytics systems, authentication systems, and social media platforms.
PostSmith is not responsible for third-party outages, API restrictions, external platform moderation, external data loss, third-party policy changes, or external service interruptions. Use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
18.Privacy
Use of PostSmith is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the platform.
19.Security
PostSmith implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect platform infrastructure and user information. However, users acknowledge:
- No platform is completely secure
- Internet-based systems carry inherent risks
- Third-party integrations introduce external dependencies
- Users share responsibility for account security
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and connected accounts.
20.Termination & Suspension
PostSmith may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where:
- Terms are violated
- Abuse is detected
- Fraudulent activity occurs
- Platform integrity is threatened
- Legal obligations require action
- Third-party platform violations occur
Users may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred prior to termination.
21.Beta Features & Experimental Systems
Certain features may be marked as Beta, Experimental, Preview, Early access, or In development. These features may change rapidly, be unstable, produce incomplete outputs, experience interruptions, or be removed without notice.
Use of experimental systems occurs at the user's own risk.
22.Disclaimer Of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostSmith disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and performance guarantees.
The platform is provided without guarantees of specific outcomes or business results.
23.Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostSmith and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Reputation damage
- Data loss
- Publishing failures
- Third-party platform actions
- AI-generated inaccuracies
Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user to PostSmith during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
24.Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostSmith, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from user content, platform misuse, violations of these Terms, violations of third-party rights, violations of applicable law, and unauthorized publishing activity.
25.Export Controls & Compliance
Users may not use PostSmith in violation of export control laws, sanctions regulations, trade restrictions, or applicable compliance requirements.
Users represent they are not prohibited from accessing the platform under applicable laws.
26.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
27.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Users waive participation in class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
28.Changes To These Terms
PostSmith may modify these Terms periodically. Updates may be communicated through website notices, dashboard notifications, and email communications.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
29.Force Majeure
PostSmith shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including:

- Cyberattacks
- Labor disputes
- Third-party service interruptions
30.Entire Agreement
